The foundation is committed to the cause of women; hence the foundation can nominate the person as an external member of the Internal Committee of the organization which is mandatory as per section 4 (C) of the POSH Act. Beatrixx Women Empowerment Foundation is a professionally managed registered non-profit organization, co-founded by Mr. Manojkumar Yande who has worked as CHRO. He is LL.M from the University of Poona, MLL & LW from Symbiosis Pune, and CHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has hands-on experience in handling sexual harassment cases.
